Dogs in restaurants

Many people dislike seeing dogs in a restaurant. To avoid unpleasant situations, one should follow a few rules if you do not want to be separated from your four-legged friend:

• Make sure that dogs are allowed in the restaurant
• The dog should lie quietly under the table. Dogs have no place on chairs or bench seats
• Even the most obedient dog has to be kept on a lead
• «He’s a good boy, he doesn’t bite». These remarks are not overly reassuring for most people. So keep your dog at a distance
• Dogs should not eat from dishes intended for diners
• Should you wish to feed your dog, please do it outside, if possible. Ask one of the service staff for an extra dish, if you did not bring one yourself
